I had an incredible experience here with Marena! My cut and colour are amazing. The dry cut technique has finally helped my hair work with its natural, slightly wavy texture. I barely have to style it to have a good hair day now. The staff and service was also amazing. Everyone is so lovely and it was such a fun appointment. Can't wait to go back!
Decided to have my hair done here on Sunday after reading a lot of positive reviews. Had a digital perm done for $360, the whole experience was so commercial, I feel like they just trying to get my money and does not care much about the end result on customers. They were busy in the weekend but I made my booking a week in advance so I don’t want to think it could be an excuse. This is the first time I left the salon with wet hair after being advised that I don’t need a blow dry because the hair would be all set to be curly enough. I was a bit confused but trusted the hairdresser should know better than I do. Went home and this is the result when hair is dry. AND I have not washed my hair yet. I feel being trapped. Sorry but my “before done” hair looks way better than this!
I got my hair cut by Ivy and I’m very satisfied with how my hair turned out. I came in with medium-length hair wanting for it to be cut into a short bob with a fringe. Ivy sought my permission to go a little shorter with my fringe because it suits my face better and I gladly agreed. She even styled my hair with blunt waves to give a little oomph to my otherwise fine, flat and straight hair. The staff who washed my hair was also gentle and polite; I appreciate that he asked if the water temperature is okay. I came out a happy client!
Today I got my hair colored by Alice and I'm so happy with the results! Alice ensured a seamless and natural look as well as looked after hair health. The color has held up well, and I've received numerous compliments. If you're considering a change, this salon is definitely worth a visit!

My little sister spent more than $600 on treatment & colouring her hair. She wanted brown balayage but had her hair turn out to be bright orange & had a black square patch on her back!
She had booked days before & was called on a weekday as it is less busy. After she was done with her hair, we saw the patch & went back to complain about it. The hairdresser ( I think her name was Cindy) asked her to come another day to get it fixed.
Dint get her hair fixed but got worse. Should have just asked for a refund instead. Won't recommend this salon to anyone.
Bad service. Don't rip off customers like that. When the services are charged at such high prices, the quality & service should not be compromised!
Maybe only the Koreans get better service than other races!
